A note from our Founder

Layla Yarjani

Founder & CEO
" I started Emerge after nearly 20 years of struggling to navigate the conventional medical system and find the right combination of conventional and complementary therapies to deal with my devastating health issue. No one told me I could recover, but I did. Healthcare is an extremely painful experience for both practitioners and patients. I don't want anyone to go through what I did. Emerge is our answer."

Layla Yarjani is a serial entrepreneur. She has ~15 years of expertise building human-centered technology and scaling communities & networks. She spent ~6 years in Accenture's Global Strategy & Digital practice, successfully leading projects for Fortune 500, C-level clients. She later co-founded Little Bridge, an award-winning children’s ed tech app. In her freetime, she spearheaded humanitarian campaigns raising ~$10mn for Unicef and others. Her work has been featured in Wired, The Guardian, BBC, Bloomberg. She won the Women of the Future Awards in the Technology category. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this only for people who have completed an integrative fellowship?

No, we are an inclusive community. However, there is an application process to ensure that all community members share an aligned vision for collaborative, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Do I need a referral to join?

It’s important to us that all practitioners are vetted and we will place priority on those who have been referred or invited. If you do not have a reference from an existing advisor or community member, we are happy to obtain references from your colleagues or mentors.

What are the benefits of being a community member?
  • Opportunity to build community, connect, and network with other like-minded providers in your area and/or across the US to build integrative teams.
  • Receive or make new patient referrals.
  • Fast-track application review to be listed as a verified member on our directory.
  • Access pre-launch Founding Community pricing for the Emerge platform and product.
  • Access to discounted tools & resources directly through Emerge and its partnerships.
  • Access to Emerge community-only events.
  • Access to Mentors for professional and practice development.
What is the difference between the Emerge Community and the BootCamp?

The community is a professional network where members can connect, collaborate, and access ongoing resources. The BootCamp, on the other hand, is an intensive 9-week program designed to provide practical business skills, tools, and strategies to start, grow, or transform an integrative health practice. Bootcamp participants also receive an individual business consultation and one year of community access included in their enrollment.

What is the application process like?

The application is straight forward and takes just 5 minutes to complete. It includes a few multiple-choice questions to assess your interest and background. Once submitted, you will receive a response within 72 hours.

What can I expect to gain from the bootcamp?

The bootcamp is designed to empower integrative health providers with:

  • Practical business skills: Learn about pricing strategies, legal compliance, marketing, and practice set up.
  • Practice growth strategies: Discover how to transition or scale your practice, attract patients, and build a team.
  • Revenue optimization: Coding optimization, insurance integration and exploration of various financial models.
  • Tangible outcomes: Complete the bootcamp with a structured business plan, ready-to-launch strategies, and access to expert mentorship.

Participants leave with actionable insights and tools to confidently build or expand their practices.

How can I pay for the bootcamp?

Payment can be made in two parts:

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of enrollment to secure your spot.
  • The remaining balance is due February 4, one week before Bootcamp starts.
